My Story

I didn’t grow up with vision boards or dream vacations. I grew up in chaos. By the time I was a teenager, my parents’ marriage had fallen apart and so had the last bit of stability I knew. I entered foster care, had two homes, a new school district, too many courtroom trips, and a caseworker. My life was being decided for me.

There was no room to dream.

But even then, something deep inside whispered: There has to be more than this.

I held onto that voice. I became the first in my family to graduate high school, then college. I didn’t have a plan, simply a stubborn belief that I could break the cycle I was living. I got married, had triplets, and poured everything into building the family I never had. But the truth is, unhealed patterns don’t go away just because you try harder. I disappeared into motherhood. Slowly, I lost pieces of myself. When my marriage ended, I had a choice: repeat the story I came from or rewrite it.

I chose the rewrite.

It was messy. It was hard. But it led me to healing. I remarried, had two more children, worked corporate jobs, built side hustles, and kept showing up. Somewhere between baseball games and dinner routines, I began to dream again.

That whisper turned into a louder voice. Coaching didn’t rescue me; it reminded me of who I was.

Now, I help other women do the same. I’m a Vision-Setting Life Coach who leads with lived experience. I create space for transformation, not by fixing, but by helping you reconnect with who you really are. My work is built on truth, compassion, and grit. I believe your energy is intentional, every dream is valid, and wanting more isn’t selfish, it’s sacred.

Last summer, I walked the streets of Italy. The mornings started with cappuccinos. The pace was slower. The views felt almost unreal. But what made that trip unforgettable wasn’t the scenery, it was what it represented. A full-circle moment. Proof of how far I’d come.
Because if a foster kid with no clear direction and broken dreams can create a life filled with purpose, passion, and passport stamps, then I promise you:

So can you.
